confession….i have alot of purses.  i hang them around the house on pushpins and like to look at them (pretty much the same as shoes but that’s another story).  Anyway, this is one of my faves, more functional than some of the rest…it’s my purse from “Red Tango” which has been to NY with me numerous times and also to Paris.  It’s very lightweight and holds all the stuff I need for hitting the street – - once I am peeled out of my native angeleno car culture existence!  Walking in NYC – there’s nothing me and my Red Tango bag can’t do – - life feels vibrant, connected and oh so fabulous.  There’s a simplicity to my mindset – - I carry only ID, credit cards and tennis shoes….because even though I love to hit the pavement in sexier shoes ala Carrie Bradshaw…..we all know the legs and feet turn into stumps after any decent amount of walking unless you have the right shoes…sigh.

I could use of dose of NYC and Red Tango right about now….but you know I’ll wait til it’s warmer.
